Presently elaborating a thesis on Aesthetics, Master in (philosophy of the body) orientated by the Prof. Jose Gil, in Universidade Nova de Lisboa

Post-graduation in Aesthetics (philosophy of the body) by Universidade Nova de Lisboa

Graduate at the Superior School of Dance of the “Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa”.

2004. Program T.T.T do Kyoto Art Center – Professional Intensive training course in Noh Theatre , with scholarship from the Kyoto Art Center and the “Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian” , July. Japan.

2000. Professional Intensive training course of three months in the theater Company “Royal de Luxe” during the creation of " Les Chasseures de Girafes " subvention by “Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian” and with the support of the Portuguese Ministry of Culture. France (Nantes), .

It underlines the following workshops in the artistic formation: Clara Andermatt, Francisco Camacho, Paulo Ribeiro, Jordi Cortez, Laurie Booth, Bernard Montet, Xavier de Frutos, Nigel Charnock, Sophia Neuparth, Amélia Bentes, Peter Michael Dietz, Rui Horta, Catherine Diverres, Peter Hulton, Xavier le Roy, Jonathan Burrows and Yan Ritzema.

2000/1999 .“ Todos Carentes, todos Normais ”, subventioned by the Portuguese Ministry of Culture, presented at “Teatro Viriato” , Viseu and at “ Lisboa Clube Rio de Janeiro” , . In May “Festival A Fábrica ” – curtas Metragens”, Porto

1999. “T5” awarded in the competition “Teatro na Década” - organized by “Clube Português de Artes e Ideias” , performed at   “Panteão Nacional de Lisboa” .

1999/1998 “ Operação cardume rosa ”, subvention by the Portuguese Ministry of Culture and presented in the “Mercado da Ribeira” and “Galeria Zé dos Bois” , Lisbon ; "Festival x", Porto     "Fringe Festival of Macau" , Macau ; "2º international Festival of dance in urban landscapes" , “Lugar à dança"- Expo 1998 Lisboa

As a Choreographer created and performed the following dance peaces:

2003/2002 “Peça Veloz corpo Volátil”, subvention by “ Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian” and the Ministry of Culture . Presented in Paris at the “Guillotine gallery” December; Box Nova (Centro Cultural de Belém),   March. Lisbon ; “Teatro da Comuna” in June, Lisbon

2001 .Integrated a project called "Emergencies" , a partnership between Ministry of Culture and the Institute “Franco-Portugues” , sponsored by “ Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian ” and the City council of Lisbon , with the presentation of the choreography: "Schhhhh.... an assay on silence" at 5, 6 and 7 of December at the Portuguese/French institute , Lisbon

2005. Presently developing performance features in the project " Blind   date " of the visual artist Herwig Turk , in partnership with the University of Coimbra (I.B.I.L.I.). 2005. Performance “Moments of Being”, Moments of Being-Unfolding life's happening , Performance/Installation collaboration with Ricardo Jacinto and Valério Romão. Presented at Kunstverein Speziale, Paderborn , Alemanha.

2004. Moments of Being-Unfolding life`s happening , Performance/Installation with Ricardo Jacinto and Valério Romão , in   Post-Script (internationalisation of Portuguese artistic works) at “ The Space ”. Program subvention by the “Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian” and with the support of the Ministry of the Culture and the “Instituto Camões”. November, London .

2004. Artistic residence with the project "Moments of Being" at “ Lugar Comum” “Fábrica da Pólvora de Oeiras ” An artistic trans-disciplinary project with the following artistic areas: Theory/philosophy, performance, sound design and visual art, based on the concept " Moments of Being " that is present in the work of Virginia Woolf . Lisbon

2003. Participation in the Festival A8 at Torres Vedras, during the months of September and October, as an observer (written analysis of performances).

2003/2002. Participation in the festival CAPITALS 2003 , organized by the Center of Modern Art of “Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian”. A presentation of works of contemporary artists, articulated with seminaries and lectures where they had presented and questioned the creative processes of each others. With presentation of the following performances: cocriation: “Plano do jogo ”(Ligia Soares, Adriana sá e Ricardo Jacinto) and a version of the play by Thomas Lehmen - Schreibstück –Setembro.
